Building Code Update

Changes go into effect for projects submitted after Friday, December 26, 2025 at 4pm.

NOTICE: City services will operate on a limited basis during the weeks of December 22 and December 29, and in-person services will be limited. Building inspections are currently being scheduled beginning the week of January 5, 2026.
